VDH Attorneys Incorporated's Debt Counsellor Resource Centre provides practical guidance on the legal and procedural issues that arise throughout the court process - from preparing a court-ready application to opposition, postponements, enforcement issues and the implementation of granted orders.
Our aim is to help Debt Counsellors identify issues early, understand when legal intervention is required and place recommendations before court that are properly supported by the evidence and the National Credit Act.

If your Debt Counsellor has referred your matter to VDH Attorneys Incorporated, you may have questions about affidavits, court dates, legal fees, opposition, payments or what happens after an order is granted.
This Consumer Information Centre explains the legal process in plain language. It is not intended to persuade anyone to enter debt review. It is designed to help consumers who are already in the process understand what is happening, why particular documents are required, who is responsible for each part of the process and when an issue requires urgent attention.
